activities and thousands of accidents occur each year. Additionally, milli=

and not retrieved by hunters whose aim is less than perfect, and these anim=

are left to die a slow, painful death from infection, disease or=0A=
predation. Trappers catch and kill untold=0A=
numbers of non-target animals every year, and these animals are often membe=

of domestic species, and threatened and endangered wildlife.=0A=
